Waterford Greenway

Paved pathways of Waterford Greenway enter Waterford City. Ireland’s premiere cycle and walking route hugs the River Suir, with stops at Kilmeaden Train Station and Mount Congrave Gardens adjacent to the city. For the more adventurous Kilmacthomas, Ballyvoyle Tunnel, and Dungarvan lie further west along this stunning free attraction.

Located in the beautiful fishing village of Dunmore East the adventure centre offers fantastic fun filled water activities. The staff are fantastic and ensure teen and adult marine adventurers create great memories together.
King of The Vikings – Waterford City

In the heart of Waterford City’s historic quarter visitors can travel back in time thanks to modern immersive technology. King of The Vikings offers a virtual reality portal to the city’s Viking origins.
Irish Wake Museum

Ireland’s first ever Wake Museum will take you on an exploration of life and death, detailing traditions and superstitions, from early Christian times right up to the 20th century.
Suir Valley Railway
This miniature railway runs beside the River Suir and is a community project. All involved are friendly and passionate about the little train and its passengers. The station at outside Kilmeaden has a smashing café on Waterford Greenway.
Glass and Craft Making

Tours of world famous House of Waterford Crystal on The Mall are very popular. Visitors are fascinated to see beautiful crystal artifacts made from scratch. On nearby Henrietta Street superb crystal makers and craft workers display their skills at Kite Design Studios.
River Cruises
