From Waterford, the Suir Ukulele Strummers have been playing and singing since 2018.Their playlist includes Van Morrison, Dolly Parton, Irish traditional and folk songs, plus the odd sea shanty. The Strummers have played for President Michael D. Higgins at Áras an Uachtaráin for Dáil100, as well as performing at Winterval, Summer in the City, The Mayor’s Ball and at the Clancy Festival. They have been invited to play at the Irish Centre in New York in 2023 so now they are getting notions.
